Out of the blue, does anyone have a Hondew Berry they could give me?
I accidentally fed the last one in my game to my Dragonair and now they're extinct. :D...

I lost interest in the series after Gold/Silver/Crystal. That was the best! Only one to have 16 badges, and you could go to Johto AND Kanto. Also it was the first to have the Day and Night system which disapeared in Ruby/Saphire/Emerald for some reason. Also the monsters after generation II sarted to look real unimaginative. And in Diamond and Pearl they all look bulky and disproportioned. But still, I play the old games and even play Diamond. Darkrai FTW!

They better re-make Gold and Silver like they did for red and green. I would love playin' some Gold with the sexy DS graphics.
In fact, there are some signs that they might do so, like all the references characters in Diamond and Pearl make to the Johto region.

Characters? Plural? I've only seen Jasmine (The ONLY Steel type Gym leader). Where are the others?

Characters? Plural? I've only seen Jasmine (The ONLY Steel type Gym leader). Where are the others? Evidence that G/S will be remade. - A news report on the Red Gyarados - Jasmine's appearance in Sunyshore City - The mention of Prof. Elm's report on Pokemon Eggs - Cynthia's SecretPotion (which, in its in-bag description, mentions Cianwood City - The Gold and Silver Cards in Pokémon Battle Revolution - The man in a suite in the Hotel Grand Lake mentioning landmarks in Johto - The Park Balls, which are gold and silver in color, with a light blue band across their middle (Like the GS Ball) - Like in Gold and Silver, in Diamond and Pearl the rival can be battled twice a week on certain days after the final battle with him; also like Gold and Silver, Diamond and Pearl introduced new Eevee evolutions. - The definite clue is, however, hidden in-game data that shows the games have the ability to trade with Johto-based games - It has been stated that Nintendo trademarked the names DuskGold and DawnSilver - There are also two other similarly unused trademarks that Nintendo and Game Freak own, Pocket Monsters WhiteGold and Pocket Monsters MoonStone. Because Nintendo seems to own www.pokemonwhitegold.com, this may be a viable name. As for MoonStone, no such domain exists.

well if they remake it I might start playing pokemon again. And hopefully they'll make a TwilightCrystal [just guessing from the above Dusk/Dawn motif] seeing as how Crystal was ALOT different from gold and silver. [Crystal introduced female player characters, remade areas and a bigger story line, introduced battle tower, etc.] But I guess we'll have to wait untill nintendo finishes Pokemon Platinum.
