Having troubles?
Just before that spot, there's the part where Ciel disarms the bomb. Use the shield boomerang. Works wonders, there. Probably the only place in the game where it does.
For the battle:
Get a fully-upgraded Z-Saber. (All stars = red)
Get your form with the most power (probably the Rise Form -- best form until you get the Power Form)
Try the Ice Chip. It'll make your life easier.
Get the Sub-Tank in the forest ruin stage. Fill it up, and it'll make your life even more easier.
He starts off dashing you. Dash-jump over him. Charge up your Z-Saber ans slash him in the back. Charge again.
Next he should jump in the middle and suck you in. Stay at the edge when he does this. Then, dash-jump away from him until he stops. Blast him again when he's done.
Then, he should start shooting lasers. Keep charging and keep hitting him here. Hit, get back. Hit, get back. Repeat until this phase is done. Look where the lasers go. You *should* be able to dash-jump away through the beams. It just depends on where the laser are. Sometimes you'll jump early. Sometimes you'll jump late.
