I usually just used the shining laser,and the spread buster.But there has to be better weapons than that right?

Personally, I like the rocket launcher, but that's just me. If you can get the beam saber weapon, that's quite powerful too.
I like the rocket launcher because once it's maxed out all the way, it has infinite ammo. It's good for fighting aerial bosses like at Glyde's base and Geetz.
Anyway, that's my opinion on weapons.

Yeah, once the Shining Laser is maxed out... MegaMan is crowned King of the Universe, nothing can stop the Shining Laser. Although it's not the most FUN special weapon (in my opinion) it IS the strongest.

I prefer the close-ranged ZetaSabre or whatever it's called... I don't like Long-Range attacks... Like Buster Cannon, Shining Laser, Spread Buster, and basically everything else, except the Drill Arm, ZetaSabre, and Shield Arm.

I maxed out the homing missle with the assistance of my "Video Game Enhancer". ;D It's really good, but I'd have to say the best weapon that I've seen is the groud crawler, since it's so cheap to upgrage.

I've maxed out everything, both the cheater's way, and the not-cheater's way. In my not-cheater's way, I also got the maxium zenny.

The normal way. You know what I mean.  The easiest way to make Zenny is the golden bird in the Manda sub-ruins. I think there's a topic all about this here. Anyways, until you get the Shining Laser, one of the best weapons is the Buster Cannon. Powerful and deadly accurate. It's the best weapon for defeating Glyde at Nino and Calbania. |

In both Legends 1 and 2 getting the highest stats you can for the shining laser pays in Spades...It's so beautiful! *sniff* Though I do like the rolling grenade thing. I like the drill arm too but aiming it properly can be tough.
