Its in the Lake Juan ruins in the chest that is in the middle of the biggest room. You just need to take that part to Roll, and she will make it into the Adapter Plug.

Go to apple market, and go into the Hip Bone store and talk to the clerk. when she asks if you want the used lipstick say yes. thats your red paint.
