I think that it should go like Mega Man Legends Station. The banned members title is changed to BANNED!, their post count becomes 0, and their avatar text disappears, and their location is changed to "In the land of the banned..."
That's how I THINK it should go. If you don't want it like this, it's fine with me, but it's a VERY good suggestion.

I see no real point in doing that, besides setting a pretty scary example. When a member is banned, what happens to their account is pointless. If I can get an actual good reason as to why it helps, I'll consider it.

band members are easy to distingush, they usually have a guitar, maybe some tatoos................ oh banned members, well don't i fell silly! Like SD said, what would be the point? Many banned members don't come back ( unless they have abandonment issues like Damage and can't take a hint ), so they wouldn't really be all that humilated by there name being changed.

No, I mean their title being changed from whatever rank it was to BANNED! Anyway, some newer members will see banned members' posts, but they won't know that they're banned until other members tell them.

Listen, I think you should do this because when I saw a post by Damage, I found myself thinking "Wasn't he banned?" I think you should make it work this way so the newer members don't wonder why that member is never online.

Well... new members that think people are never online are dumb. I didn't hear about damage until I was in my 200 posts or so. I could tell Damage was banned though. Who is that other person who got banned? Hisbrother or something? Why was he banned anyways? Oh also, Since alot of people dont get banned then we don't need that method. Also Damages post count its 58 or something and he only has one post that hasn't been deleted. THat may give you an idea that he is banned

At least it isn't Superbowl XXX.... Im surprised he made it with out any flaming or profanity at all, not even in the email link. He didn't even leave something like " the superbowl hates SD " or something. Unless, he left a bad name and then covered it up with that one so that we wouldn't know it was there!

Well, he's a big-time football fan, and he has totally ruined my views of the Redskins. I hate his team with a passion.

Well... new members that think people are never online are dumb. I didn't hear about damage until I was in my 200 posts or so. Which was the third day of your account. Just kidding, just kidding. Anyways, I really don't have many banned members on the site really. I mean, if you read a post from a banned member, you can still reply to it... just, be sure you factor in the date and how many posts the member has, I mean, if it's an ancient post from a user with a small post number, chances are they won't respond to you.
