I'm not sure if there have been some designs for the reaverbots in Megaman Legends 3, if there are concept art for them, or they'll even be appearing at all.
But I wanna ask, which new ones do you want to see in the next game? Which ones do you want to see again from previous games?
Me, I wanna see the Sharukurusus, Miitans, Gorubeshus, Mirocs, Arukoitan/Orudakoitans, and Hanmuru Dolls again. Some of them had only a vague appearence in one game, some more prominent, but at least it brings up the nostalgic value the games had been known for (to me that is).

Those Hanmuru Dolls creep me out. hahah They are pretty unique, though. Sharukurusu are a must. They're very brutal. Definitely one of my favorites.  I'd really like to see all of the main reaverbots make an appearance, but I'm mostly excited about seeing some very different ones debuting. |

The only reaverbot I really want to make a comeback are the sharukurusu's.
I hope that after 10 years of playing legends games capcom will still be able to scare the crap outta me with Sharukurusu's.

The Sharukurusu's can't die! They've already beaten the zakobuns by appearing in every game so far. >.>
Anyway, I agree with all of the above, except nobody mentioned the Zakobuns. Are they too weak? Too common? O.o I always enjoyed destroying them.
oh yeah, don't forget the Karuguru's! They scare the "crap" outta you AND they annoy the hell out of you at the same time!

I didn't mention the zakubon because I figured they would definitely put those in. It's like Chocobo for Final Fantasy, Slimes for Dragon Quest, Porings for Ragnarok, Pikachu for Pokemon? hahah They were the first I thought of, but didn't mention. Was there a game where they weren't included? The only reaverbot I really want to make a comeback are the sharukurusu's. All valid agreements around here.
Sharukurusus are the only [or one of] reaverbots that appeared in all three Playstation games.
