Okay so, the new sequel has been announced and all, so we all might dust off our ps2's and replay Megaman Legends 1,2 or MoTB while we wait. Here's an interesting new challenge for you all(no it's not Uber-hard mode) if you bother replaying them:
Examine every inch of the games and find all the real-world tie ins or references to other games you can (there are quite a few of them) in all three of the games.
post whatever references you can find and where they are on this thread.
Try not to post ones that are already here =)
In MML1 - - - - - -
In MML2 - There's a short animation form Megaman Classic playing in the pub in Yosyonke. - There's a lady in Yosyonke who own a copy of "the origin of man-kind" by Charles Darwin. - There's a poster with zero from the Megaman X series on the wall general store on Yosyonke. - - - - -
In The Misadventures of Tron Bonne - - - - - - -
I'll edit and add them in as we find them =)

There a reference to 'The Matrix' in Megaman Legends 1. Hey says it reminds him of it looking at one of the exhibits on display.

In a certain part of MegaMan Legends 1, there is a man in the CD shop that tells you not to judge him for listening to The Spice Girls. I always got a kick out of that.

In TMOTB, I think the last boss to try to attack the truck in mission #2 of the farm looks like an AT-ST from Star Wars. Can you not disagree? >.>

There's a classic Megaman animation on one of the TV's in the houses in MoTB.
