copy and pasted from last post to avoid double posting: Nod nod, we've all got things we can contribute. At the very least, time. I remember telling UGR to give me a kick in the butt whenever he thinks I'm slacking off. Ah, both Plot#2, and the Protagonist prototype has been posted over here. superdanny.proboards16.com/index.cgi?board=fanmediaa&action=display&thread=1349&page=1The message effects are nice. It would've been even better if each message was accompanied with a screenshot or vid.

Megaman Legends RPG will also be including parts from what was also known as Rockman Neo. I was watching a video from what seemed to be it due to the different looks of people, towns, reaverbots, and the bonne machines themselves. I personally think that Apple Market is just to basic and small. Rockman Neo seemed to actually give it some depth and just make it bigger compared to the produced version (MML). Here is a video that shows Apple Market in Rockman Neo at some point within the video. www.youtube.com/watch?v=Hjvwu7M74_A

My first thought was; holy crud, the Apple Market is huge! But it only seems that way because of all the alcoves. I actually prefer the Apple Market in MML for its straightforwardness. And the people in Neo look about the same; some of them look taller, but that's probably because this version of Megaman is younger.

Just because I like some of the traits in Neo more than the MML version doesn't mean everything from Neo will overwelm MMLRPG. Remember I'm only going to take bits and pieces. Plus I'm also going to add a bit more myself but do not worry, I'm a big fan of remakes that do not have HUGE changes so you'll easily be able to tell what is what from the original. Keep it real MML Universe! ::UPDATE:: (October 15, 2008) The most recent update I have for all of you is the work to announce I have almost completed around my work time with school and college classes. I have been using Adobe Photoshop CS3 and screenshots from the game I have been taking myself and been importing and down-sizing them in photoshop to fit into a chipset format in RPG Maker XP. The chipsets so far are turning out amazing and Exactly like the real textures, colors, and depth that the original game has given you except.. This isn't 3D, lol. That is the most recent update and I just wanted to keep all of you posted on whats up! Seeya around!

About the update, that's awesome to hear. Will we be seeing a screenshot soon? But... I'm certain that someone has already posted a zip file containing all the Legends textures. For a while I was doing exactly what you are doing: taking screenshots and making them into tilesets. I haven't tried the texture pack yet, but I suspect it can save a lot of time (and effort trying to take screenshots while fending off reaverbots. I can't count the number of times I got tackled while zooming in at the walls).

There will be no screenshots of the game anytime soon due to we are taking this project on as a step by step process. We are going to first have all of our concept art drawn out, colored digitally, then posted out on the web to show all of you how the characters, game, reaverbots and such will look. After that process would then we'll move onto the programming with the codes and such by kind of "modding" rpg maker XP to do a lot more custom things so that it has a lot more to offer than what one would think being a normal rpg maker game. I'm still editing music tracks and attempting to get my other partner on this project who I appointed to music to make me some completely new music tracks. We are still only in the rock bottom planning stages but that is so when we go to build it, it just all falls right together.

Scripts and pictures undeniably add flavour to a RPG. I'm glad that you seem to have everything all sorted out, and delegated the tasks to your team members so all that's left is the actual game making process. Thanks for keeping us informed.
