Now that I think about it, if you take out all the X-Droids, the remaining enemies are kinda like reaverbots. There's the golem, and the slime-boss near the end could be an earlier version of the slime-boss in Yosyonke. But right now I'm kinda drawing a blank on some of the other robots in the game.

Enemies from MegaMan Legends kinda set an artform of enemies. The way they act, move and of course, look. Reaverbots just had this certain style with them, and I think that in designing enemies for the other series since Legends, the designers seemed to have taken the reaverbot style, and used it with new enemies in X, Zero and even Battle Network. It's kinda nice to see Legends create this awesome style, and watch the other series try and use it...

SPOILERS for the ending of MMZ2! Spoiler space
I have a feeling that we'll be coming to the end of Sigma in the X series soon. I've accumulated some good info in the Zero 2 game.
FACT: The Dark Elf was the reason that the Maverick Wars were over, and the reason the Elf Wars began.
FACT: X is starting to not care about fighting anymore.
FACT: Since we have this new "Dark Elf," by the time Capcom makes a game or two in the X series, gamers will be familiar with the Dark Elf.
FACT: The Dark Elf was cursed by someone name Dr. Wilhelm or something. I think we'll see him in the future. This cause the Elf Wars to be initiated.
FACT: The Dark Elf was once good, but now we can see that she's fighting this curse. She could hardly speak to Zero at the end of MMZ2. But we know she was good 'cause X said so.
Now that we have some hard data to work on, we can see that Capcom is going to get rid of Sigma one day, and replace him with either that Dark Elf or that Doctor I mentioned. We might even get a new series on the Elf Wars.
Also, I've noticed that the MegaMan series seems to be based on the number 8. There's always 8 major bosses, and the MegaMan Original series ended on its 8th game. I have a feeling the X series will be over in its next game. Then, we get the Elf series (name pending).

Next X game might be the last one, then do some spin offs, like MMX Soccer(god/allah/buddha/other help us all), X and Vile,or maybe X board? MMX Ride And Chase? Maybe...Alia's Shopping sp.....*runs away**come back* ree. The liost of spin offs is ENDLESS!

The X series is too serious to have fun spin-offs like the Original series had. And... there have been 9 X games so far already, don't forget Xtreme 1 and 2 (Rockman X Cyber Mission and Soul Erasure). Also... MegaMan 8 wasn't the last original series game storywise, MegaMan 2: The Power Fighters was. There were a ton more then 8 games, and the original series is still far from finished. I doubt Capcom will make a whole new series based on the stuff mentioned in the past of the Zero series, that'd be kinda silly, and we all know how Capcom loves to keep us guessing, I don't think they'll actually try to fully explain these "Elf" Wars in detail, they'll just hint to it every now and then, and by collecting evidence, we'll get a functional timeline... I can see it now.

There we go MegaManX: the super fighters. Or MegaManX: Ride Armor Core (could be a mech game). but the series is a tad on the serious side. MegaMan BattleNetwork will probably have spin-offs more than that one.

I don't think Zero will show up in the MML series. I mean hasn't Zero been asleep long enough for 100 years, not to mention he's suppose to be created before the X series. So, that'll make him sleep like 200 years. And how much longer must he sleep until he wakes up in MML.
And personally, I think that if Zero shows up in MML, it'll kinda ruin the story line. Unless Capcom can find some sort of cool and logical reason why Zero shows up again, I still think that they should keep Zero in the X and MMZ series.
I think that Capcom should just close the MMZ series with either a happy ending or an ending which sorts of make Zero an even great hero. Typical ending for games with an unjust government and a resistance.
No offence meant to those who want Zero in the MMZ series.

If Zero does show up, I'll rather that Capcom make it into some sort of MML style action game, without any real story related to MML. I mean that it'll be ok if Zero's in a game that happened before MML but definitely not during MML unless there's a logical reason.

A way they COULD fit him into MML is having the 'Elder System', which is in actuallity the Dark Elf, revive, and Zero could come and...something. >_< Kinda crappy idea, but meh.
