my goodness I have work to do. >.> BTW Dark, congratulations on the TRIPLE post. lolol ~after viewing updates~ welcome back to megaman Le-GENDS. Ur so good with introductions, such as getting hit by a car. At least you seem to be getting the word out about Inafune, it seems that several people still don't seem to know. you seem to say "die" a lot in your LP's even in ur Japanese Pokemon Black LP. (btw the fact that you don't know what the people are saying makes it even funnier) not sure if there's anything else I can add. I'd personally stick with the powered buster on the frog, while using the rapid range crap on missiles like you suggested. I don't think of much of the rapid buster. lol

The "Die" is one of my signature qoutes. At first it was random in FFX LP. People found it funny..and I've been doing it ever since.
I had to watch some of my old MML movies to see how I played back in the day. I've gotten rusty...I'm going to pay through MML 2 a few times before I record it.
Oh..and Part 6 is up and ready.

nuuuu I wanna see you get beaten up by Tron! >.>
It's that special brand of rustiness that makes this LP series so funny. I know if I tried playing MML again, I could probably have it down by the time I get to Cardon Ruins, but that's just me. I know it was said somewhere before, but everybody plays Legends differently. The gameplay, the movement, the fact that you wear a helmet or not (hehe).
Skating into cars is bad @$* as well.
I'm pretty sure you'll be able to nail MML2. I saw you fight Sera in VH mode and i was all "O.O" I had a hard enough time even with the Shining Laser in Hard, but I'm still worried about what VH is gonna bring. lol
edit: just imagine trying to kill Sera in VH with an elite (any parts you want) buster and nothing else. is that even realistically possible? unless you were to stawck up on canteen blocks >.>
one last edit: oops, I only just saw the shout out on your channel, about how fate stopped you from uploading part 4 in its entirety. The last time I was informed, all youtube videos were "supposed" to be under 10 minutes to survive the uploading process. I'm not sure how much YT has changed since then, but I'm guessing that the limit is probably under 60 minutes now.
Your videos are some of the longest I've seen, and that's not a bad thing. I know you like commentary and I actually enjoy listening to your commentary. Quite a few times I agree with it as well. I think you just got too close to a hour-long "movie" with part 4. Don't let the time get away from you. ;D

I've beaten Juno by kicking him, beaten Juno with no buster parts equipped and no damage, and a few other challeneges elsewhere so Sera with any buster parts is completely doable.
In fact, I can make a shorter-ranged Accessory Pack Omega with a certain combo of parts that I always use so I could definitely do it. I've probably beaten her with just my buster more than once, too.
As far as being rusty, MML is always a game where I can pick it up and go. I've played em so much they're second nature to me. If I had any rustiness to shake off it'd be gone by the first boss of any of the games.
@part 4: You can easily kill the Balcon Gerald's missiles if you aim between the eyes because that's where they spawn from (use high range + rapid). Now a few might get away between buster cooldowns or because they sometimes shoot at and odd angle but you should be able to hit them as they're fired.

hurray for wizards.
Likewise, I just can't find the time to analyze these bosses and have a move ready for whatever attack comes. I do know that Sera is terrible about keeping her next attack a secret, at least 2 seconds before she launches, but I just don't have the plans ready. MML2 is still... "out of the box" in my hands. best I ever did was get Sera down to maybe half health in her second form with the (customized) buster in normal mode before getting whooped.
It'd be nice to be a wizard at bosses when it comes to some of the games MML i've played, but "challenges" are typically just far out of my league. Typically if there's a challenge I make, someone can do it cuz I'm so easy to satisfy.
This might be an uncalled for addon, but I personally have no doubt that sim can beat those records Dark. <_<

Hm..intertesting. I'm chosing to do either VH mode..or normal mode for mml2. I'm going to assume that many people are new to the series, so maybe I should do Normal.

It's just that I don't think I could have gone any faster..and I would love to see somebody beat them. Yo Sim..the ONLY problem I have with Sera in ANY difficulty is that cheap laser attack...you know...when she says, " What's the matter?" Then shoots that beam at you..which sometime does ALL your health..and it's very hard to avoid. Any tips on this?? And hey..I've been reading your mml2 guide lately..and I must say..you know this game. I'm learning stuff. I knew about the lunch, but I DIDN'T know that you could go back and get more. I'll make sure I link your gude in the descriptions when I make the mml2 movies.

I think for the laser, you can run in close while she charges it and run backwards while jumping diagonally haflway through the shot. That's still hard for me to some days until I've fought her at least once in a trial run, though because that's still freaking hard to avoid. I usually end up using at least 10x canteen units because that attack is meant to put you 1 hit from death on MOST difficulties. It's like Fatal 1 from the Final Fantasies. And if she catches you in the air without your helmet on, you're dead. I never wear the helmet because I think his hairdo is cooler. You just have to be prepared for it even before she casts it by moving in close after every attack she uses. And yeah, you can get a Picnic Lunch as often as you want but you can only take 1 with you on the road. It's basically 10 free canteen units for a long dig. I would do Normal Mode since both games require that you finish the game on Normal Mode before you can unlock the other modes. MML1 in particular requires you to be Normal Mode and Hard Mode before you get Easy Mode anyways. Oh BTW.... the Servbots pop up all over the city in various places as you continue the story. They're often in the Library looking up stuff but sometimes they're in City Hall, the Junk Shop, and even the Bank/Police Station. Tron must've sent them scouting. I'd also probably do my own LP but I dunno how to hook up a PSOne to my comp, or any console, really.

HM..maybe I should make a movie on how to record footage and make let's plays. That laser attack is the only reason why I need loads of energy carteens. It's just too cheap. 9 times out of 10, I get hit whenever she uses it. I thought I knew all about this game, but apparently I don't. As I said..I'm learning a lot from your guide..like how to instantly kill the golden bird. Definity the best way to get Zenny. ANd I find it odd that the revorbots seem to drop more zenny on the normal mode with th S license thanthey do on the very hard mode with SS license. I have a problem though... I gave roll all 3 presets, but she hasn't done that bath thing yet for the 10% diiscount. Do I need to reach a certain point of the game for this to happen?

You shouldn't need to, but I think the only trigger is giving her the presents. You MAY need to beat Glyde's base first if you're in the middle of that war stuff. BTW, I highly suggest you bring along the Buster Cannon for the entire Nino Island war from start to finish until you get to the water ruins. I think you already know that you should bring the Drill Arm to those ruins. Many people don't even try that weapon because they've already picked the Machine Buster or Homing Missle and they don't bother to switch at that point.
The bath scene is skippable and you can still get the discount without it, but the bath scene event will trigger when you reenter the cockpit any time after you give her all 3 gifts.

Yeah..I use the buster cannon in the nino wars and of course I use the drill for the ruins.
from then one I use the ground crawler, Hyper Shell, then Shinning Laser.
Yeah, I'min the glde base. I'll finish it when I come back from work to see if I can get that discount. I was killing the golden bird over and over. I have 1 millon zenny now. Didn't take as long as I thought!! ^_^
Don't worry..when I record the movies, I'll help you provoke people into doing this and becoming light mega man.

Oh yeah, I'm not entirely sure if I was hitting the walls wrong, but that group of breakable walls you found down in the ruins at one point, I don't think the Grand Grenade breaks them. I think only the drill arm can. GG is good for that one hollow floor the final subgate, not sure if it works with much else.

The Grande Grendage DOES break those square walls but not the tall walls elsewhere. I actually go back there once I get the Flutter going (and look Gramps' chest in his room) because I farm Zenny on the Crocs for a little while. Good time to build up a bunch of Zenny for the Homing Arm ahead of time before you run through the Clozer Woods sub-gate. I make start through Jyun and destroy all the walls, then go back again with the Vacuum Arm.
Also you can use the Powered Buster on the fake ceiling.
