I was looking for a new desktop background and came across this quaint little article. www.themmnetwork.com/?p=1240The author seems to mention that it would be more likely for the release of a new MML game to be for a hand held. Bringing my attention to this: www.rockmanpm.com/?p=cpapcom/rockdashds^A late April fools joke for you all. Still, I can think of a few things that I'd like to see in MML3 One thing that has always stood out in my mind about Megaman games in general is transformations and alternate armors. For example, all the armors in the X series and the rush adapter from MM7. But I have no idea how they could incorporate such a thing into MML. And now I ask you, the patient and enduring fan. What do you want in this sequel? Imagine this picture, but replace the sword with bagpipes!

I'd stick to the basics.
NO Zero and this game isn't related to X so NO special armors.
MegaMan Volnutt has ALWAYS been the same, which means he's always been a bit of a dork and not some badass like X or Zero who gets this shiny armor that gives him super powers.
MegaMan Volnutt has always been your Average Joe who blasts anything in his way. He's not some super hero in a frikken cape. He's just a young adult who searches ruins for treasure and gets caught up in things for both fun and excitement.

I don't think that having zero in the series would make sense though. Didn't he technically die already?(in the MegaMan chronology that is) Whatever. BUT! Don't be so quick to deny Volnutt's badassity! Running around town with a BMG on your arm and jet skating past police cars makes him above the Average Joe in my opinion.

The same voice actors. Except for MM.
They can at least get a GUY to voice him in the next one.

Actually, i just want them to keep the original voices And to get released... That would be enought for me.
Obviously, also not raping the storyline would be really good

I would love to see Corey Sevier go back to voicing MM And Teisel's voice actor must stay. No matter what.

Well, last I heard the voice of Barrel said he'd reprise his role if they ever needed it.
Not like many of you care about Barrel's VA...

For one; Teisel and Tron's VAs must return. There are no other voices that fit them. Period. Secondly; I'd like to see Legends 3 be photo-realistic. It would take Capcom a hellish amount of time and effort; but I think the end result would be spectacular. The Reaverbots would be truly terrifying; and the Refractors could have this nice neon-ish glow around them. It would look sweet. Specially a photo-realistic Shining Laser.

Agree with the voice actors. Disagree with the graphics being as real as you can get. The reason for that is because Legends is very cartoony and lighthearted. Just look at how many fatal incidents the Bonnes and even Glyde have survived.

For the sake of MML's popularity, the graphics will have to improve in some way. (not that I care)
Photo-realistic graphics are a no no. I don't want to see MML look bege, and depressing. Volnutt should look like he does in Tatsunoko vs Capcom.
In short: What SIM said

I could see sorta Wind Waker style because it would kinda fit.... but I don't really want to see Cell Shading spread too much. The game isn't particularly toony but it could be better if we had something closer to hand-drawn anime style, since that's the first series that was really you typical anime. I'm thinking along the lines of Musashi Samurai Legend only without the thick outlines.
But for the whole Zero part..... no, the story does not need to be dark. That's what Zero is for is to make the story dark. We don't need Zero here.

I like the idea of Wind Waker style. But not even a small zero cameo? Not even something like... finding zero's helmet (from MMZ 4) lodged in a wall in one of the ruins?

A helmet in the wall? no that's not how Capcom works. When they put cameo apearances in a game it's usually something noncanon that makes no sence, such as the Bonnes being a television show in the battle network universe. If they do make legends 3 and put a reference to Zero in it, it would either be something silly like the toy Z-Saber in Legends 1 and the poster of Zero from the X series in Legend 2, or it he would be vaguely mentioned in a computer on Elysium or something as an easteregg. The chances of Zero reapeareing as an actual character like Wily did is close to zero (not a pun!). But personnaly, I wouldn't mind seeing Zero just as some random digger that you would sometimes run into as a sidequest, but not in the main storyline.

Zero is already on a poster on the wall of the shop in Yosyonke.
I think he may also be on the comic book you get in the field in MML1.
